Crab Dip
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb fresh crabmeat
- 16 oz of cream cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 TBSP Old Bay
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS: - Soften cream cheese in microwave (about 15 seconds)
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Old Bay and Worcestershire sauce in bowl
- Gently fold in crabmeat into soft cheese mixture
- Place mixture in glass bowl and top with shredded cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip should be bubbly when it’s done.
