Tuna Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of tuna (when drained it should be 140-150 grams (5oz))
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1-2 tbs whole wheat flour
DIRECTIONS:
- Drain the can of tuna using a strainer.
- Squeeze the tuna with your hands to release excess liquid.
- Transfer tuna to a bowl.
- Finely chop onion and garlic.
- Add to bowl.
- Crack egg into the bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, and flour.
- Use a fork to mix everything together.
- Heat a pan on high heat and grease with ghee.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture, forming six cakes, onto the pan.
- When the bottom is golden brown flip the cakes and cook on other side.
