French Toast with Berries
1. In a bowl -Mix:
- 2/3 cup of egg whites
- 2/3 cup of non fat skim milk
- 1 tsp. of sugar substitute (I use Spenda)
- 1 pinch of salt
3. Coast a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Cook bread until each side is golden brown.
4. Place teh french toast on a plate and top with:
- 1-2 tbsp. sugar free/ regular syrup
- 1/2 cup of berries
